Group Travel Subsidy

We are delighted to announce that the BESA coach scheme makes a welcome return to The Education Show in 2010.

As last year, groups of ten or more staff travelling in excess of 50 miles to the NEC can claim a subsidy of up to £150 towards the cost of hiring a coach or minibus.

Groups of 10 – 19 staff = £50 Subsidy
Groups of 20 or more staff = £100 subsidy
Groups travelling on Thursday 4th March = £50 BONUS!

How to apply:

To register to receive the group subsidy each group must select a co-ordinator. The co-ordinator must register their group. An acknowledgement email will be sent out to each co-ordinator 3 weeks prior to the Show. Click here to register your group co-ordinator

All members of your party must individually register for the Show. Each person will be emailed their badge number

The co-ordinator must book their school's coach
The group must visit The Education Show in March 2010
Subsidy claim instructions will be distributed directly after the Show
Payment will then be made following the Show
The group can then plan their visit to the Show in 2011
